This place is wonderful to stay at
This place is wonderful to stay at! It’s a great location for walking the town and has off street parking! We were able to comfortably fit 4 adults and an infant. Additionally, John was very proactive with instructions and responsive to any questions/requests. Overall, staying here brought ease to our trip and we would stay here again!

Very disappointed with the apartment
Very disappointed with the apartment. The pictures online are really deceptive. The furniture was different, and the rooms were dark and musty. The refrigerator wobbled every time we opened it. The dryer door was broken off the hinges. The grout and molding in the bathroom were disgusting. The shower was literally falling apart. A large paint can was in the kitchen. It was hard to open the kitchen cabinets. Some were off the hinges. The kitchen cabinets desperately needed to be painted. The bed was right up against the windows, so it was very hard to open the curtains to let in the light. The bulbs in the light fixtures were too dim for the size of the space, and the light fixture in the kitchen had dead bugs in it. The apartment’s saving grace is its unbeatable location and its offstreet parking space.

Lovely apartment within walking distance of Old Charleston. Having free parking was great. Any questions were always quickly answered.

Hosts were very responsive
Hosts were very responsive. Clear instructions. A bit of street noise, but nothing crazy and the sound machines provided helped. Also some construction noise during the day. Less expensive than the French quarter, but could still walk there or there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance around king street! Have to be mindful of not using all the hot water up if multiple people are showering. Would stay again

Couple things to keep in mind I loved this place no complaints but if you’re not a skilled with parking the back parking area can be tough it’s very tight and to swing out of to leave but I’d take that over fighting to find street parking
