This house was beautiful and clean
This house was beautiful and clean. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The two suite bedrooms are as you walk in on the first floor with the kitchen and living areas on the second floor, and two additional bedrooms with a large shared bath on the third level. My only concern was that there wasn’t a vent on the second floor steps, third floor hallway, or in the bathroom. That made it rather warm and slightly stuffy. The ac in the bedrooms worked well and there were fans also. It was just the hall and bath that weren’t ideal. We had a maintenance issue and it was addressed immediately.
We had a great last minute stay
We had a great last minute stay! The house is adorable, beds are EXTREMELY comfortable and layout worked well for a girls trip! The second floor has a living room and kitchen, bedrooms are spread across first and third floors. Home is well stocked with nice coffee and bath supplies. Would return! It's about 10 min walk to king st. but still in a cute area.

This house is perfect if you want to be close enough to King street to walk but far enough away to be removed from the noise. It’s in a great area for walking, we heard zero noise from MUSC as a few reviews mentioned, and the house had everything needed for a perfect girls’ weekend. People should understand it’s Charleston and there’s houses on all sides of you, but i never felt crowded. Theres street parking a few blocks away if you have more than two cars. Responsive host, clear instructions, and easy to find. May seem pricey for a weekend if you haven’t shopped around to see what smaller rentals charge. For the location and space, this is priced right.

This is an amazing home and centrally located to anything you may need. This trip was for my niece and two of her friends who are getting ready to head back to college after summer break. They live in the Midwest and it was their first trip to Charleston. As always, the city did not disappoint and neither did the house! It was an awesome trip and the girls are already talking about the next one!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was comfy and clean. The management did an incredible job communicating throughout our stay. While we could hear the city noise (as described) in the evenings, on one side of the house, we had no problems falling asleep. Thank you for helping make our little getaway enjoyable :)

This property was the perfect home base for our family trip! It is close to everything we wanted to do, yet secluded enough to escape the hustle and bustle of Charleston. The home was spotless, fully stocked with every amenity we needed, and spacious enough that our group of seven never felt crowded. If you want a quiet, centrally located retreat for your Charleston vacation, this is the place to stay!
