Beach re-nourishment is expected to begin in March 2024. During this time, areas of the beach may be temporarily closed and/or impacted. Public beach accesses can be found at nearly every block and/or half block up and down the island. We are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the re-nourishment. Folly is very easy to navigate on foot, by bike, or by car! This property is just a short walk to the public beach access. On the way to the beach make sure to stop by Bert's market to load up on beach snacks, or get an Orange Crush from Rita's Seaside Grille. If you ever have your fill of the beach life, Historic Downtown Charleston is just a 20 minute drive away!

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in! The beds are comfy and there are enough for a larger group to have personal space. The area is very quiet and easily walkable to both the beach and restaurants. The drive into downtown is not bad at all. Would recommend to anyone and definitely would come back to stay again!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beach house in Folly Beach! The home was spotless when we arrived — every room was sparkling clean and so well-maintained. The décor was fresh and coastal, creating the perfect relaxing vibe for our girls trip. The location was ideal, close to great restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain and so didn’t walk around much. We did rent a golf cart and were able to tour around easily to and from the beach. We loved sipping coffee on the porch in the mornings and gathering in the spacious living area at night. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this gem — we can’t wait to come back!

Had a great relaxing stay here. I would definitely recommend and would stay again. I wish I would have found the shortcut to the beach a little sooner than the last day. the host shared but I didn't want to accidently trespass. LOL!
