We loved our stay
We loved our stay! I was happy the place was clean and didn’t have any weird smells. I felt safe in the area. The reviews pre-warned us about the construction, the city street noise, and the steps, so it didn’t bother us. I can tell Yourpad cares about providing quality customer service and experience, because of the prompt responses, quality goodies, and a hand written welcome card. We will 100% stay at any of their properties in the future! It’s nice to see old school customer service and hospitality!
The place itself was very clean and comfy
The place itself was very clean and comfy. The location was right off king street! That being said, expect lots of noise! You have to understand that your sacrificing seclusion and quite for being in a city right next to the action that you can walk to! Also there is a large development project happening right across the street and won’t be finished anytime soon. This street is very busy and no off street parking next to the unit is available. The space given for your vehicle is very very tight so beware if you have a large vehicle like we did! Just to clarify the place itself was very clean, comfy, and stylish. The host is very responsive and takes care of the unit very well. We just had to acclimate to the city lifestyle.

Cute duplex just steps from north King Street. Super convenient location for us. Host was very responsive, place was pristine, and beds were comfy to relax after our longs days out and about in Charleston.

Place is simply put, AWESOME
Place is simply put, AWESOME! Loved how clean everything inside was and smelt. The house is absolutely adorable! Love the rafters, chimneys and floors. Amazing decor and location is perfect. Will 100% stay again if we come to Charleston again. So close to everything. Mattress and bed is what dreams are made of!!! I tried to get it down stairs to strap onto car to take home but my girl said put it back. Love love love it

Nicely decorated, clean and aesthetically pleasing space. I would recommend. we stayed only one night and it was perfect for what we needed. The listing does note that there is construction going on in the neighborhood mostly 8-5 or so. they are building a large, multistory building (maybe apartments?) directly across the street from the primary bedroom. The morning we woke up there, the trucks and heavy equipment started around 6:30 am. so if you’re a light or late sleeper, bring earplugs. it wasn’t a problem for us because i wear sleeping earplugs every night and my husband is an early riser.
