We loved our stay
We loved our stay! This is an excellent location just far enough removed from the King St bustle that you'll sleep well but close enough that you can be right in the middle of the action when you want to be. There's a great coffee shop/cafe next door and the house is in a nice neighborhood. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious - 1 with ensuite. It worked well for our group of 7 women though we did have to be thoughtful about bathroom use/timing. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped also. The construction site across the street is definitely a huge project - we did not hear any noise Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, but they started on Monday around 7:45am with a hydraulic pile-driver that was loud and earth-shaking. Despite this, we had a great stay and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just as described and it was very convenient to restaurants, bars and shopping! We felt very safe in the house and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Great location and walkable to shops and restaurants. The home is so comfortable and the backyard sitting area is perfect for your morning coffee. The off street parking was great. Highly recommend Island Provisions right next door for coffee and breakfast.
There is a major construction project directly across the street which is out of the control of the home owner but a bit noisy and they start early.
We would definitely book this home again.
The house was fantastic and the host was amazing
The house was fantastic and the host was amazing. The house clearly reflected the photos, was in a great part of town, and was spacious enough for the 5 of us! The host was incredibly detailed in their responses and very helpful in checking in, providing recommendations, and checking out process. Unfortunately there was very noisy construction across the street, but that was clearly out of the owner's hands, and it was relayed to us in communications so not a surprise. Overall, I would gladly stay here again even despite the construction noises, the place was that great and that central to what we were looking for in a Charleston weekend.

The place had plenty of room for guests and was very local to all restaurants and bars on King street. There is a lot of construction on the street but it only woke us up one morning.
I would definitely go back and stay here.
