It was a very comfortable stay for my husband, my mother and I. There is a lot of construction in the area and the home is on a very busy street. Still, we enjoyed our stay.

The driveway was great for not having to deal with parking. It was easy to find and enter. The rooms were as described and the AC worked great. We were able to easily make all our tours, explore the historic district, and the beach.

The place isn’t an amazing area and so walkable to great restaurants
The place isn’t an amazing area and so walkable to great restaurants, shops and basically anywhere you want to get to. It’s in a prime location to get on and off the major interstates as well for ease of getting to the beaches if you’re planning on hanging out there a lot, the living room furniture is not super comfortable and if you are expecting a pristine, clean location, please remember that this is an old building and they’re still room for some updates, fixes that could be made that would make it even better, but with it being dog friendly, we understand and it checks all the boxes.

Place is very clean and comfortable, mattresses and sheets perfect. We had an issue with one bed frame but they tried to fix it and help very way they could.
The house is in walking distance to the French Quarter and the water front. No complaints here. I will highly recommend a stay in Jade’s cute little house anytime.

I booked Jade’s airbnb for my bachelorette trip and we had the absolute best time!! Jade was very proactive in messaging me information and was extremely responsive if I had any questions. One thing I would also like to note is the cleanliness of the airbnb. Everything was absolutely spotless, I specifically looked at the shower since mine was tile and it was extremely clean. Overall we had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Charleston with the family or with friends. The pictures don’t do it justice. There are several great little restaurants and coffee shops within a walkable distance. Communication was fantastic and questions were always answered quickly.
We are bookmarking this place to stay again on a return trip.
We were only a block from king street, but on the high end
We were only a block from king street, but on the high end. there was a local restaurant on the corner.But then you had to walk several blocks for more restaurants and stores. overall it was a good location. there is lots of construction, so it's a bit noisy, but that's no fault of the owners.
