Excellent location and stay. Jade was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Location is walkable to King street and nearby restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Very large apartment with 3 comfortable beds, but only one small bathroom that needs some attention. Lovely couch but there wasn’t a dining table.

Check-in/out was a breeze and would stay here again. All around great place to stay and lead to having a great vacation.

I would say 3.5 stars
I would say 3.5 stars. Overall, Jade was a fantastic host. We had a few issues with the home and she was quick to respond and resolve them. However one of the issues was the door wouldn’t stay locked and when traveling with young girls, this made me uneasy. You have to pull the door a certain way to lock it, but it was finicky. The house is also located on a very active and noisy (traffic) street. My daughter and I were in the front bedroom and loud traffic could be heard all night long. There is a fan to help cut the noise but it only helps so much. Our heat also went out twice and we woke up to a very cold home. Jade did send someone out to fix it thankfully!
It was spacious and accommodated our party of 6. We loved having a common area for our girls to hang out. It is close to King street, but I wouldn’t say it’s walkable to the main part of king unless you have a lot of walking in you.

Our stay was exactly what we expected. The home was just as described and everything was in order and working. No issues. Jade was proactive and easy to work with.
