Great Stay

John Jones
Great Stay! The location is my a few minutes from King St. We are at the nearby Pink Bellies. Unhealthy and delicious!!5$3 bedrooms are on small side but very comfortable. The bathrooms had spacious showers. My friends and I enjoyed our own bathrooms. The tvs have all the apps and we only used the kitchen for tea and coffee but coffee pods were provided. The hosts regularly check on you. I would stay again.

Great location

Great location! Good for family time.

the host was very responsive and friendly, the rooms looked like the photos, and the beds were comfortable

the host was very responsive and friendly, the rooms looked like the photos, and the beds were comfortable. the only issue I had was the noise from the unit above me kept me from sleeping. it was like having an additional family in my bedroom, even the sound machine was not enough, I prefer single units vs being below to other air BNB units. had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere.

We lived the historic carriage home and its quirks and charms

Serena Flaherty
We lived the historic carriage home and its quirks and charms! Very comfortable beds, updated bathrooms and a kitchen complete for all cooking needs. Plenty of fabulous restaurants and shopping within walking distance of King Street. So much more than tucked away. The owners were so kind and even let me check in early! Would highly recommend. PS I rented downstairs unit and one can hear the noise from above. Historic homes aren’t insulated like we know today.

GREAT place to stay for a visit to Charleston

Ed LeBlanc
GREAT place to stay for a visit to Charleston. Lots of eating and socializing options within an easy walk plus a comfortable walk to the main downtown areas. The space was clean, comfortable, and very well-appointed. Would definitely stay here again!

Realize it has been said before but the location is amazing

Realize it has been said before but the location is amazing! We walked everywhere for 2 days (my feet know it!) but was close to restaurants, cafes and shopping g on King St too! We loved being this close and the renovated “old” design was part of its charm!

Pros: this was an excellent location and beautiful neighborhood for the price

Tania Hyler
Pros: this was an excellent location and beautiful neighborhood for the price. The unit itself was clean and roomy, with all listed amenities (bonus is the free parking in this area). There’s great shops and restaurants within the block and the popular hotspots - king st/meeting st/ weren’t too far away on foot (if you enjoy a walk), on bike, share lift, or drive. Cons: This is a bottom unit to this two unit building, if you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, this is likely not for you. And I cannot stress this enough - if someone is in the above unit, you hear EVERYTHING. I’m a light sleeper and expected normal noise that you would get, from say regular apartment living. But this was beyond that, I could hear every foot step, tv, bathroom break, and chair slide the upstairs unit made. The first night was ridiculously loud, but communication with the hosts was good and they reminded the upstairs occupants of quiet hours (while this helped - could still hear normal noises).

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this air bnb

Elli Anderson
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this air bnb! We did have some trouble with the WiFi not working for most of the days and the Netflix account on the tv that was complimentary seemed to be deactivated and no longer in use for guests to use. It is a duplex and there are tenants that come in and out from the other side, we did hear them moving and walking around. If that doesn’t bother you then no biggie! Otherwise the location was fantastic. Highly recommend Holey City Bagel and the bake shop Sugar. Close to restaurants and shopping on king street as well. We were happy with the location!
