Location, location, location
Location, location, location. This is a great house for a few couples to explore Charleston. Steps of King Street you can easily get to just about any activity you have in mind. This house has the charm of old Charleston but with modern luxuries and a beautiful kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Charleston Airbnb. The location was excellent—very convenient for exploring the city—and the home itself was beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, and the staff was extremely responsive whenever we had a question or needed assistance.
The kitchen was not as well stocked as we would have expected. There were adequate numbers of dishes and cups but sparse on kitchen utensils and accessories such as bowls.
One thing future guests should be aware of is the noise at the front of the house. There is traffic noise as well as noise from a nearby bar, and there was construction taking place during the day. Overall, it is a beautiful, comfortable home in a terrific Charleston location, and we would happily recommend it to others.

Always a five-star experience with YOUR PAD! Beautifully renovated, decorated and appointed space. Up and coming section of Cannonborough right off upper King St. No construction noise whatsoever while we were there. Three porches that allowed us to relax outside in the mild Charleston evenings and comfy bedrooms well separated for privacy . Super comfy mattresses/pillow/sheets, and more fluffy white towels than we ever could have used, loved loved loved our stay.

Super cute spacious house in the best location. Walking distance to everything downtown, but still a quiet area. Excellent communication by the host. Highly recommend for an easy stay!

The house was in a very convenient location and worked well for our girls’ trip. It is located on a busy street with quite a bit of nighttime traffic, but we felt very safe throughout our stay.The interior of the home is depicted accurately in the listing. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and the mattresses and pillows were great. We would have appreciated having a few more towels and washcloths available for our group.The exterior of the home was not quite as well maintained as it appeared in the listing photos. Upon arrival, we also noticed that some of the rugs were stained and did not appear to have been vacuumed thoroughly. That said, all of the bathrooms and showers were very clean.The host was extremely helpful and very responsive to our questions through YOURPAD messaging, which we really appreciated.We also used the concierge service and worked with Paris to grocery shop and stock the house prior to our arrival. He was absolutely delightful, very easy to work with, and having everything there when we arrived was such a nice convenience.Overall, the home was comfortable, conveniently located, and a good fit for our girls’ trip. With a little extra attention to the exterior and a few interior details, it could be even better.
