Perfect location in the beautiful French Quarter just blocks from market street , the best way to start the mornings . Easy check in and close parking . Will definitely be staying here again when back in the Charleston Area .
Location was amazing
Location was amazing. It was right in the heart of everything we wanted to do. The room was cute and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and addressed any questions we had right away. The only downside would be how warm the room, hallway, and elevator were. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
The property location is excellent
The property location is excellent! Within walking distance of lots of fun places: City Market, Pineapple Fountain at Waterfront Park, Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon, Old Slave Mart Museum, and Water Taxi. Excellent restaurants and coffee shops close by as well. Its not a large place, but plenty comfortable.We had some confusion getting into the place with a lockbox on the doorframe (not used) but access is through the electronic keypad activated when you press the Yale logo on the door handle mechanism. Also, watch your step when you step down from the entryway into the apartment - coming in from the daylight it can be a surprising step down.We had excellent response from the property managers and they were exceedingly helpful. We were there in early August when Charleston is at peak humidity. They brought us an extra fan within a couple hours of my wife placing the request.Parking spaces on the historic streets can be very tight and difficult to find. It is highly recommended to park in one of the city's public garages (like the one recommended in the listing) or leave the car behind and walk.Overall - great place to stay and really enjoyed our time there. The location really makes it a gem of a find.

We had a wonderful time in the Airbnb! It was so close to the shops and restraints of Charleston! Great location. The host was a great communicator and responsive. The only issue was the neighbors. They were load at early morning hours.
Convenient stay to all things around here and safe
Convenient stay to all things around here and safe. Confusion with 2 locks near door, tap on circle on the door lock, enter code, click checkmark, do not use the lockbox on the right side. Door sweep needed for door on right with other guests. It’s locked but Can hear noise from them, or someone around there, not terribly bad, very comfortable bed, windows too high to reach and open the blinds, but it was ok. They helped us with getting in the room at 10 pm. Lock on right should say not to use it. Trash is down a dark stairway, wouldn’t go there if a woman alone, made husband do that, lol! Few towel racks broken just need to be fixed, they offered but we said not during our stay, sink water pressure very low, shower pressure great! Has elevator, and smelled like breakfast food! Overall decent stay, bring extra roll of toilet paper, some coffee pods should be there for late arrivals. Overall good stay especially for people who need an elevator, no stairs to have to deal with luggage.

We had a wonderful stay at this studio Airbnb! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

A few notes.
The local parking garage is behind the building.
The room has an adjacent suite that has a shared door with little sound barrier. Alarms went off about 9:30 PM in the adjacent suite. Couldn’t get someone to turn them off and was instead at 9:53 asked if I would go to the adjacent suite and investigate the issue. Found interconnected smoke alarms going off. Was asked to collect them and place on counter at 10:01. This was a three floor suite that I was now taking care of on my vacation. I am a facilities manager and this is the last thing I wanted to do but seemed this was the only solution that would result in us getting sleep. The sound of these was so loud due to the shared door. I am thankful the host allowed me to turn them off. Parking was reimbursed.
