Great location, we walked to downtown and the French Quarter easily

Great location, we walked to downtown and the French Quarter easily. Great local restaurants with a few block of the home.

The location was 10/10

The location was 10/10! The beds were very cozy and nice too. We did have issues with sleeping due to the very thin blinds paired with lots of outdoor light shining in all night. The sinks also didn’t drain which got a little icky. Otherwise would absolutely stay again! Hosts were very responsive

Stayed here for my birthday weekend with friends

Meagan Corrine
Stayed here for my birthday weekend with friends, was close to so many restaurants, bars, convenience stores and cute shops within walking distance or a quick uber away. The house was very comfortable and we felt at home immediately. The only thing that I’d say is tough if you are a light sleeper like me is the noise from the neighboring restaurant behind with their trash or recycling cans very early am or if you have people staying above you that could be loud at times. But you are in a city and it’s a beautiful but older home and that comes with the quirks of an older home. Regardless, we still really enjoyed our stay, the white noise machines helped SO much to drown out a lot of the sound but in a pleasant way, so we all used ours when sleeping and it was lovely. The dedicated parking spot was so nice to have if you wanted to explore Charleston by car and not worry about street parking when you come back. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

This location was good on a map, and the fact that there were 4 king beds was awesome

This location was good on a map, and the fact that there were 4 king beds was awesome. But this place has some major safety concerns. The blinds/shades are completely see through. When we walked up one night and the shades were down we could see directly into the house. The windows are rotting. And the worst part is the noise. It is the loudest a place has ever been. All of us could only sleep if our AirPods were in and sound full volume. If you don’t mind not sleeping then this place is fine, but all of us left our families for a trip and none of us got sleep. A sound machine or earplugs were not provided but that wouldn’t have helped.

The location was fine and we enjoyed our stay

The location was fine and we enjoyed our stay. As some of the other guest have mentioned, the rugs were stained and dirty and just getting rid of them would make the apartment much cleaner. The middle bathroom was showing its age and the tracks for the sliding door shower were covered in mold and grime. We used the front bathroom for showering that was much cleaner. The kitchen was great and completely redone. Also keep in mind that the parking is behind the building, it is designated for only one vehicle which is communicated by management, but you will need rolling suitcases, or just pack lightly so you can carry it around the block. We brought a wagon and it saved our backs. Another concern, is that the porch is not lit, extremely dark, so you will need a flashlight or use your phone to see the code for entrance. Also the living area is very dark as well, but some additional lamps/lighting would solve these problems.

We had an amazing stay in Charleston

We had an amazing stay in Charleston. Plenty of space for everyone and the kids enjoyed having their own king beds to share. We would love to visit again in the future!

Good location close to stores and restaurants

Lois S
Good location close to stores and restaurants. Walking distance or short ride share from hot spots. Close proximity to the airport as well. Nice sized rooms. We were in town for a conference and this was a great place to be. There’s a lovely French restaurant right next door. Bagel spot & coffee less than 5 minutes walk. Our flight was later in the day and property manager offered to store luggage so we could freely explore the area. Responsive owners.
