Our host was great
Our host was great! Very communicative with fast responses. We had a group of 5 woman and it was the perfect amount of space. Everything we needed was provided such as bath towels, linens, additional toiletries. The location was great for the itinerary we had planned- accessible walking distance to restaurants, bars, king street, etc. The place was aesthetically pleasing and quality of cleanliness was up to par. We had great neighbors in the condos next door as well. There was a coffee cart in our backyard that we visited every morning and a great bagel shop a block down. We were up early and out late so we werent bothered- but the walls are thin and you can hear the crowds of cars and people if thats bothersome to you. Another uncontrollable thing we pointed out was the shower pressure-just expect to be washing your hair longer than usual, lol. Overall our experience was great and would consider staying here again!
Just 2 blocks off of King Street
Just 2 blocks off of King Street. Nearby restaurants. A cute coffee truck right behind the building. A fun wine bar across the street. Perfect spot for exploring downtown. A flight of stairs up to the apartment and then a set of stairs inside the apartment. Very spacious open concept feel, they did a great job utilizing the space.

Just stayed here with group of 5 for a girls trip. Location was perfect for us as we wanted to be near king street which is right there! Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice place and clean and we would stay again! However, it was a bit frustrating when we cooked as there were no tea towels, dish cloths, or hot pads in the kitchen. No Oil, (listing says it’s an amenity.) so if you plan to cook, might want to bring those things. Otherwise, there’s plenty of pots and pans, etc.
Cute space for our girls weekend
Cute space for our girls weekend. Easy and safe walk to King Street. A convenient little store is next door for snacks, coffee shops and bakeries very close. Images are true but the space is limited on head space in the upper level bedrooms…not a problem for us, but could be for some. Sleeping spaces are comfy but two of them are in pass through to the main bedroom. (Privacy could be an issue.) Access to level one has steep stairs. Access to bedrooms is another set of steep stairs. Bathroom is upstairs. Small shower but very clean. Very cute kitchen space with dishes. Everything was very clean. Beds are very clean and comfy. Nice little closet for hanging clothing upstairs…hangers provided. Towels very clean. Location felt safe. Nicely cool during hot outside temperatures. I recommend if you don’t mind tight small spaces with low ceilings in spots due to slanted ceilings. Do not recommend if you struggle with stairs. (FYI, luggage must be carried up two sets of stairs.) Exceptional communication.

This was the perfect place to stay for a girls trip with me and 2 of my friends. The free off-street parking was so convenient. Easy walk to upper king street and other restaurants nearby. The place was very hot when we arrived but we turned on all the box fans provided and was comfortable the rest of our stay. The noise from outside didn’t bother us but you definitely hear it more downstairs

The property was very clean. There were no issues. Nice central neighborhood, walking distance from most of the historical city of Charleston.
