Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

We had a great stay. The Airbnb was very clean, a good size, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were only there for one night, but it had plenty of space and everything we needed. The host was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay, which made everything easy

This home was beautiful and extremely clean. Had everything we needed. It was tricky to find the driveway to the home since we arrived at night. We loved that it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. Would stay here again in the future. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Overall we had a good experience & would stay here again. We did have a minor issue with the parking spots. The Airbnb next door has two parking spots next to the parking spots for this unit, & when they were occupying both of their spots, it was extremely difficult for us to pull in & out of our spots without doing 20-point turns each time. The parking is very small/narrow. Also, the doors to the bedrooms are translucent, so light comes into the rooms very easily, especially in the morning, or if the lights are still on in the living room. But the location was great, the beds were comfortable, & everything was as we expected it to be. Just had minor issues with the parking & doors!

This place was perfect for our small family. It’s super walkable to everything (a bit of a trek to the southern parts of the city, but doable!). We loved having great restaurants and coffee shops right down the road from us. It was also super nice to have a dedicated parking spot. Unlike some of the other reviews, we had no issues with the shower. The water was always warm and we even commented that it’s one of the best showers we’ve used in awhile. We did have a problem with the AC going out at the end of our stay which was unfortunate (especially with the hot weather) but the host was super responsive and did everything he could to make it comfortable for us.

There was a small hiccup when sheets for the pullout bed weren’t available initially, but they were delivered the next day and the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this place to others.
