Beautiful house with very tasteful furnishings and amenities
Beautiful house with very tasteful furnishings and amenities. The bed was large and comfortable with very soft sheets and bedding. There was one kitchen chair that had a broken seat, but otherwise everything was great and very clean.
The only thing is, I wish I had read other reviews about the early bird neighbors above the space. We were awoken every morning at 6am (and that’s with 1 sound machine, 2 fan apps, and earplugs) and when you are from the West Coast, that’s 3 a.m! It made for a very tiring vacation, but all in all it’s a beautiful space in a beautiful neighborhood and has a parking space which was a very nice thing to have!

This was a great little room to rent just for the weekend
This was a great little room to rent just for the weekend. The room was spacious with a couple small drawers for clothing and a few hangers to hang what you don’t want creased. The doors that lead to the patio are the cutest and it definitely doesn’t lack charm. Everything was very clean and well laid out to accommodate suitcases and such. I will say- the water pressure is slightly better than a trickle so plan some extra time for a shower. Also, if you like something thicker than 1ply toilet paper maybe stop and get your own on the way in. The ceiling to floor curtains really do give privacy for the many windows in the room and the lighting is wonderful in the mornings. If you’re getting ready (makeup) in the evening, though, either bring your own light source or plan to get ready in the bathroom because it gets really dark. Maybe they would consider putting a lamp in the room. Overall it was fantastic. Just far enough away from the college party scene at night but close enough to walk to if you’re into that. Would recommend!!!

Lovely room, very comfortable bed
Lovely room, very comfortable bed. Location was very good with lots of places to visit just a short drive. Having a parking space off the street was a real bonus. Host left linen and very nice toiletries well supplied. Kitchen microwave is also a convection oven. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and space
Great location and space. Clean, specious and had everything we needed. Loved the area, we were able to walk to eat or grab coffee. Also, the porch was so sweet to sit out on in the morning or evenings
Great location and perfect for a weekend trip
Great location and perfect for a weekend trip! Close to everything and the place was comfortable and clean. Would stay here again!
We had a great stay in Charleston
We had a great stay in Charleston. Only minor drawback was the shower water temperature kept fluctuating. It was a great location and the room was spacious and very clean.
