Awesome place just a block from King St. Would highly recommend.
Looking for a place downtown Charleston to accommodate 5 couples with private bathrooms was not easy
Looking for a place downtown Charleston to accommodate 5 couples with private bathrooms was not easy. This place was great with 6 bedroom, all with king size beds and 6 bathrooms. It is walkable to downtown with tons of shopping, restaurants and things to do. We were informed of the construction noise prior to booking. It was not an issue over the weekend and we were out of the house most of each day. The photos represented the place and we enjoyed the vintage character of the remodeled old home. We would definitely recommend for a large group stay.

Space was awesome
Space was awesome. Host communicates well. Inside everything was perfect. Only negatives were parking (tight and asked us to move from the space due to another unit wanting more access) and very noisy construction across the street (but identified in description). Would recommend avoiding using front bedrooms if not needed.

The space in the property accommodated a party of 10
The space in the property accommodated a party of 10. The location was somewhat of an easy walk to King but not ideal location. Several blocks of noisy large scale construction across the street. Up all night and early morning. Front doors were not secure and one led into a bedroom. Decor is cute but condition is of home is average. One bathroom upstairs is accessible by a small staircase - that is the one bathroom that is not pictured online.
Really nice house close to King St
Really nice house close to King St. plenty big for our group of 10. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Only thing is you are close to downtown so don’t expect it to be as quiet as the country! But all things considering it was very peaceful and we thought it was great.

Loved our stay here! The home was beautiful and very clean! Plenty of space for our entire party. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great for walking to local restaurants and shops and easily drivable distance to many local attractions. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever return!
