Lovely home on a nice quiet street
Lovely home on a nice quiet street. Had everything we needed for our visit and appreciated the thoughtfulness in amenities! Very clean and would definitely recommend.
The location was great
The location was great. It was close to all of the things that we wanted to do in Charleston. It was also very close to Folly Beach. Very comfortable stay and would definitely stay there again when in the Charleston area.

Lovely house walking distance from amazing live music venues, restaurants and bars! Had a couple issues, the water pressure in the bathroom with the tub was very low and the beds/ sheets smelled of mildew. It’s like they were fully dried properly and made it difficult to get comfortable. But could’ve been a fluke with our visit. Overall nice place to stay!

The place was even better than we expected! The owner truly thought of everything. First of all, the beds were amazing — both were king-sized with incredibly soft bedding. The AC worked perfectly, and we stayed very comfortable even in the heat of July.
The home gave my husband, daughter, and me plenty of space to relax. We were able to pick up groceries and cook meals at the house, which made our stay even more convenient. This was so much better than any hotel option and not too far from downtown Charleston or Patriots Point, where we were watching our daughter play soccer.
We will absolutely book here again if we return to Charleston. The owner provided plenty of towels as well as toilet paper, and trash bags, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing or buying those basics.
It was also VERY clean :).
His communication was excellent, and everything was just so well thought out.
This will definitely be our go to if our daughter goes to College of Charleston.

Great location. Conveniently midway location between the beach and downtown. Very communicative and accommodating. Nice and quiet neighborhood that was great for early morning runs. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, especially one of the guest beds...might be worth the host looking into.
