House was clean and nice, host was very responsive
House was clean and nice, host was very responsive. Only down side was we could hear everyone next to and above us and one of the pillow cases had what appeared to be a blood stain or some sort of stain. Overall decent stay.

Overall a good place to stay, clean, quiet, nice little kitchenette, comfortable bed. You can walk to the main strip but there aren't any sidewalks and the roads aren't well lit so that was a safety concern.

This was our second time staying at this location. It’s a great place to stay. 1 min walk to the beach. A short walk to the shops and restaurants. We will for sure be booking again!

Pros: .5 mile to the Folly restaurants and Bert's market. Only 1 block from the beach. Air conditioning worked great during a week of heat and humidity. King size bed was comfy.
Cons: Kitchen does not have a freezer but Yourpad did bring one in once I contacted them. They were very responsive. Block out blinds are needed. Morning light glares right in so don't plan to sleep in haha.

Great place to stay when your visiting Folly Island
Great place to stay when your visiting Folly Island. Nice little efficiency apartment for a couple or a single person. With in a short walk to the area’s restaurant and coffee shops. We will definitely look to see if this one is available the next time we come back.
