Loved this spot! Spacious, well decorated, great location with nice walkable neighborhood. Bed was comfy, kitchen had everything you could need.

The house was exceptionally clean; very comfortable bed, full kitchen and in a quiet community well situated for visiting the city and the southern coastal areas.

Outstanding property. Perfect for a couple or an individual who wants the amenities of a home at a reasonable cost. I would stay here again without hesitation.
The place was bright, cheerful, and clean
The place was bright, cheerful, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood and location were great.
(It was close to my grandchildren.)
Having said this, I’d be remiss not to share my unfortunate experience upon arrival. I was not able to locate the property in the dark. It’s positioned in between two streets, behind a house. There were no lights at all! This was probably accidental because the unit had a porch light and tree lights that could have been turned on. I also suggest a landscaping light at the gate on the street side so you could see the number on the gate.
Once I was able to reach someone for help, she stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes until I got in. I appreciated this!
The only other thing I’ll mention is that there was only enough coffee for one morning for a 3 night stay. Nevertheless, I would not hesitate to stay here next time! ( I know where it is and I’ll bring my keurig!)
Beautiful and cozy spot on James Island
Beautiful and cozy spot on James Island! The space is thoughtfully decorated and has all the amenities listed. It’s such a gem, and we enjoyed our stay on James Island! We enjoyed the great restaurants and coffee shops on the island while still being a close and quick drive to downtown and other areas of Charleston.

Great place with good space for me and my daughter as we visited my other daughter at C of C. Comfy bed, full kitchen, cute little outdoor space in quiet neighborhood. Close drive to great restaurants, Millers all day (James Island location) Wild Olive, le Farfalle and downtown Charleston, Angel Oak and Riverfront Revival music fest/North Charleston. Appreciated street parking nook.
This studio was very nice for 2 people
This studio was very nice for 2 people. The bedroom had a door separating it from the kitchen and living areas. It was in a great location - within walking distance to restaurants and other establishments. It was also very quiet. We did not hear noises from any neighbors nor any traffic.
Perfect for our stay - very cute, clean, and private
Perfect for our stay - very cute, clean, and private! We absolutely LOVED how the windows all looked into the private courtyard, so we couldn't even see other houses. The location is amazing, as it's a super convenient drive to Ellis Creek Fish Camp, James Island County Park, Folly Beach, and downtown Charleston. Once we confirm dates, we hope to book again in the spring!
