Great place to stay
Great place to stay! It can be noisy at times, but they provide noise machines. The master bedroom was a little hotter than the rest of the house, but they provide fans. Very proactive communication as well. The unit is right off king street so it was walkable to everything we wanted to do. Only 20 minute drive to the beach. Super clean house! Loved our stay, would definitely come back!

Beautiful, cozy, immaculately clean cottage
Beautiful, cozy, immaculately clean cottage! Right in the mix of all the wonderful things King Street has to offer. I saw previous reviews about traffic noise being a problem but, our experience was that sound served as our own white noise machine and we slept like babies:) Any questions we had were immediately answered. It felt more like we were staying at a friend’s house. Would definitely stay here again…even three teenage boys and our fur-baby agree, no easy feat!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a convenient drive to all of the things we wanted to see. The condo was clean and comfortable. Being next to a highway, it was a little noisy, but the provided white noise machines were very helpful for that.

A few things future guests may want to know: the location wasn’t our favorite. There was a lot of traffic noise, so if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. It didn’t bother me personally, but others may find it disruptive. The front door could also use a more secure lock for added peace of mind. In addition, the exterior stairs lead directly up from the sidewalk, which made the entrance feel a bit exposed to the street. The surrounding area also felt a little less comfortable than we had expected.
The only other minor issue we encountered was that the half-glass shower door in the master allowed quite a bit of water onto the bathroom floor during a normal shower.
Overall, the home itself was very nice, but these are a few things I think future guests would appreciate knowing before they book.
