This place was even better than we expected
This place was even better than we expected. It was incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable, and filled with so many thoughtful amenities. The location was perfect for exploring all the great places along Cannon and King Street.
We especially loved having the coffee and cocktail bar right outside our door. It was perfect for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. It made a wonderful home base for our 30th anniversary trip to Charleston, and we would absolutely stay here again!
Fantastic location and beautiful place
Fantastic location and beautiful place! It’s very close to much of what you want to see in Charleston. Our iron quit working not long before an event we had to be at and they delivered a new one promptly. I’d definitely recommend staying here
We overall enjoyed the stay here
We overall enjoyed the stay here. The Air Conditioning went out on the first night and we notified the host and they responded promptly. They moved us to a new apartment on day 2. Days 2-7 were great. The biggest downside was being in the extreme July heat of Charleston the first day with no AC, then moving all our stuff again down a steep flight of stairs to a new apartment. Moving everything was a massive inconvenience. So other than having the AC go out and move everything again down a steep flight of stairs, it was good. They did refund us for the AC going out. Great host.
Amazing
Amazing!! My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights celebrating our anniversary and her birthday in Charleston. This home was absolutely perfect. Location, layout, amenities and communication. Top notch all the way around. We loved the wooden floors and the whole vibe of this house! Next time in Charleston, we know we don't need to look for any other place to stay!

This home was very welcoming, clean and walkable to just about anything on king street. Most people talked about the noisy construction but honestly it didn’t bother us as we barely heard it. The host was very attentive and showed interest in every conversation. They were very helpful with all the questions I had and went out of their way to ensure the best stay possible. The location was honestly the best thing about this home. We were able to save lots of money in just parking alone by walking to all the shops and restaurants near there. It also felt very safe being next to the fire station and having a locked foyer was nice as it separated the space from the street. Overall, had no complaints and will most definitely book again the next time I come back to visit Charleston.

Really lovely apartment in a great part of town
Really lovely apartment in a great part of town. Can easily walk to King street and enjoy all the bars and restaurants. Also very nice that it comes with a parking spot. Only draw back is the noise. The list mentioned the restaurant below, which actually wasn't very loud. What was was the firehouse next door, the street cleaner, the garbage pickup and the cars revving their engines late at night. Obviously, this is all out of the owners controll but it is something to be noted. Other than that, the place was great!
