I stayed here with my family and we absolutely loved it
I stayed here with my family and we absolutely loved it! The location was perfect! You’re less than a 3-minute walk from the beach, and I brought my bike and loved how easy it was to bike around Folly from the house. Parking was also organized with plenty of space, which made everything super easy. The house itself was so comfortable! We stayed during the summer and the AC and fans were amazing at keeping us cool after being out in the heat. I also loved the outdoor shower because we could come back from the beach, rinse off, and not worry about bringing sand everywhere. We loved sitting outside and just listening to the ocean, which was probably one of my favorite parts of the stay. Also, whoever picked the books has such good taste! I brought my own books and realized I barely needed them because there were already so many good ones there (even the ones I brought myself)! Overall, this was such a relaxing and easy Folly Beach stay. The location, beach access, and house were perfect!!

We absolutely loved our stay
We absolutely loved our stay! This condo is directly across the street from the beach and was honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed in Folly Beach—and I’ve stayed here many times. It was super cute, beautifully renovated, incredibly clean, and actually looked even better than the photos!
It’s not huge, but it was the perfect size for four people and had everything we needed, including plenty of towels, beach essentials, and all the little things you need for a comfortable stay. The A/C worked great, which was definitely appreciated!
We booked last minute during the week and got an amazing rate, so if you can, I’d definitely recommend checking weekday prices. Folly Beach is always a favorite for us—we love the surfing, waves, food, and laid-back atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to coming back! And definitely check out Catch 23 for sushi. 🍣🌊☀️

Perfect space and a great location
Perfect space and a great location. Walkable to center street and beach. Parking is labeled and easy to identify, if you’ve been to Folly you know parking is a premium. The place was decorated perfect.
