Positive:
Clean, decorated beautifully. Quiet, within walking distance of downtown.
Negative:
Big problem, NO HOOKS. Had to put everything on the floor or bed. No hooks to hang wet towels.

Positive:
Location to the beach was a 1 block walk, dining, shopping and the Pier were a 10- 15 minute walk. 12 minute drive to the preserve entrance to go see the lighthouse. 2 block walk to the pirate playground. Overall excellent location and the studio itself was excellent, comfortable beds, descent size rooms, generouse size bathrooms, cozy kitchenette/dining area with all amenities included. It was very homelike and relaxing!

Great place for a beach trip or a quiet weekend. Very clean with ample parking. Host was very responsive.

Perfect place for 2 of us! So close to the beach. The unit was very clean and up to date. Would definitely rent again!
PROS: Location
PROS: Location! 7 minute walk to Bert’s; less than 15 minute walk to Lost Dog Cafe; great beach access across the street that puts you out pretty close to the pier. Nice design. Very attractive space. Responsive management service. Good shower pressure.
CONS: Noise and lack of functional space. If anyone snores at night above or beside you, you can hear it. If anyone has a TV on, you can hear it. One luggage rack per room. No closets or hooks. So, no space for garment bag or other bags. Lots of items end up in the floor. No place for dirty towels, they just pile up in the bathroom. Comically puffy pillows. Says it sleeps 4-5, but we struggled with space and there were only 2 of us.
Location was great
Location was great. Short walk to beach and quick ride to town. Amenities were very good. My son is a Citadel cadet and the two washers and dryers that were included were greatly appreciated. Would definitely go back.

Over all I was very happy with my stay at this condo. The only complaint that I have is that there were no closets and we were not made aware of this. There is no place to hang your clothes so that was disappointing but the condo was very clean and accommodating. There was everything you need in the kitchen. The location is very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Parking was very accommodating as well.
