We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was just as we expected. The beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless. We loved the decor especially the vintage beach pictures. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. We give it a 10!!!

The hosts were very informative
The hosts were very informative. The apartment was spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was very stylish. The location was great. Five minutes walk to the beach and fifteen minute walk or five minute bike ride to the main downtown area. I would definitely return.

The place was absolutely beautiful and the customer service was quick and helpful! We had our 1.5 year old with us and it felt like we were home. It was spacious enough for her to play (inside and outside) and safe! We will def be back again!

We had such a great time! The place was immaculate, comfortable, and beautiful! Just steps from the beach and a short walk to the rest of the Folly Beach fun! I appreciate the thorough and timely communication as well!
It was perfect for our girls trip
It was perfect for our girls trip. The grounds of the building are beautifully kept and each unit feels private without overlapping of space. Our unit on the 3rd floor had the perfect outdoor area with comfortable seating where we spent our time each evening. The unit was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The showers all had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Folly island is a great place to stay with everything you need with in walking distance and sites an easy bike ride. Lots of local character and good food. The house is a short 3 min walk to the beach.

We stayed at the Mattituck
We stayed at the Mattituck. The Unit itself looks exactly as it does in the photos and is clean. When we arrived I was surprised to find that it was on the 3rd floor of the multi unit house. I was not anticipating carrying multiple bags of luggage up 3 flights of stairs for myself, wife, one other adult and our two children. Also, there was supposed to be 2 pack n plays in the unit but there were not. I called the support phone number and they directed me to the laundry room on the other side of the building where I found them.
The house is about a 3 min walk from beach which is great. It’s a little bit of a hike to town so you’ll want to use your car most likely for that.
Overall it’s a nice place, but the listing should clearly indicate that’s it’s a 3rd floor walk up. I also did not find it worth the cost.
