We stayed in this property for 3-nights in August for a bachelor party
We stayed in this property for 3-nights in August for a bachelor party. The host was communicative and gave us good arrival and departure instructions.
Upon arrival we realized that the 10 bed / 10 bed house was actually two separate apartment’s, which wasn’t a big deal but not sure that is how it was advertised. The house was really nice. There were Malin & Gotez products in the bathrooms and each room had towels laid on the bed. Each room also had a sound machine given that the property backs is VERY close to the highway. If there was any negatives on the property, it would be that there were some towel hanger fixtures missing and some that, when you touched them, would fall off the wall. There were also a ton of scuff marks from other guests not taking care of the property, but I guess that is to be expected.
The location was perfect if you want to walk to the bars and restaurants. It was a quick 6-7 min walk to those things.
I would stay here again because of the location!

House: Open, spacious, clean, and accommodating. The decor was great and appropriate for the area. Relaxing atmosphere and conveniently located offering access to scenic and historical Charleston, SC and the many attractions and events offered in the area. Modern layout with a home away from home feeling. We really enjoyed the layout. We enjoyed the day we highly recommend.
Parking spaces: there are only 2, but we were able to fit 4 cars. There is a pay for parking place within 20 to 30 steps under the overpass. It was a decent place to park, my mom and sister were able to walk back and forth with no issues.
The hosts: I can't say enough about how nice and accommodating they were. They were able to set me up with the concierge service who set up a cake and balloons for us for the birthday folks and we're quick.
There are 2 parks close by if you are a walker, and its conveniently close to the walking bridge.
We all enjoyed our stay. The youngest was 25 oldest 72.

Whew had a wonderful stay
Whew had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our large family gathering. It had plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the location made it easy to get to all of our Charleston activities...we missed the pool and I know it will be a special addition. We would recommend staying here.

Beautiful large home. Perfect to have family dinners. Gorgeous decor. Easy walk to King street and anything you need. Great experience. We’ll be back!

Great great place to stay!!! Walkable to shops, restaurants, and King street!!! Location couldn’t have been more perfect! The best were absolutely incredible! Soft sheets, and super comfy! Home had everything we needed and lots of space! Thanks for letting us stay!!
