Loved this place! First Airbnb I’ve stayed at with an actual comfortable bed!! Tons of towels and pillows too. The location was a 10/10! Gorgeous and exactly as described! My kids loved it here. The water pressure in the shower was good and the water was hot. A/C worked great and they had extra standing fans. Clear and easy instructions for everything and very accommodating. One of the best parts for me was that it didn’t have any artificial fragrant smells plugged in or on the linens. I run into that a lot with air bnb’s. The beach was BEAUTIFUL!!! It was like you had your own private beach to play on. There’s a lighthouse where we also saw dolphins that was just a 15 mins walk. The cute town is a 10 mins drive and had great coffee, food and treats.

Great view. Laid back and relaxing. Close to restaurants. Enjoyed the trail to see the lighthouse.
We had a wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, and the location was absolutely fantastic. As some other reviews have mentioned, the home does show some signs of wear. That said, these things really didn’t detract from our experience, and the cleanliness and incredible location more than made up for them.
We also got the impression that the hosts are responsive to guest feedback. Some concerns mentioned in earlier reviews, such as limited beach towels and kitchen supplies, were not issues for our group of four. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would happily stay again!
Well stocked and beautiful location on beach
Well stocked and beautiful location on beach! Had beach towels, stocked kitchen, well appointed towels and toiletries! While the bathroom and kitchen counters were updated, the main areas had warped hardwood floors and the kitchen cabinets were hard to open - making the place feel a bit more dated than the photos. Still being steps away from the ocean and a very nice patio with great furniture was the cherry on top for us!

Place is amazing. Just as advertised. They just need a few small fixes and the place would be a 10 out of 10. But definately would go back.

We had a good stay overall and enjoyed the gorgeous ocean views out the many back windows. However, we were disappointed to find that a few sections of the main room flooring were lifting and some areas were taped over with blue painter's tape. Because this wasn't disclosed to us ahead of time, it was an unexpected eyesore and a bit of a tripping hazard. Communication and cleanliness were otherwise fine, but we hope the host addresses this maintenance issue for future guests. We greatly enjoyed the Keurig machine the host provided after we asked if there was one. Also, the master bedroom bed was very comfortable.
Location was great
Location was great. Floorboards were buckling a little, but was fixed with tape. Not horrible. Lots of pots, pans, and dishes. Lots of towels and some beach items available. Porch light didn’t work, but overall this home was a great spot to celebrate a birthday. The location was perfect! And communication was great.

Lovely beach house near the end of Folly Beach. The floor in the main living area is damaged, but we had no issues. Perfect for a getaway with friends or family. Really comfortable beds and living area.

The property is in a great quiet location away from Folly Beach town central but easy to drive too. Vehicle parking around town was easy so did not need to rent a golf cart. Highly recommend renting a shade tarp if hot outside so you can sit on beach. The house had some chairs available so did not need to rent. It would be nice if house provided any leftover condiments wine alcohol from previous guest as a surprise - we left a few beers and some condiments that could be used by others visiting next - we would stay here again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was perfect for our little family and we enjoyed every second of our stay. The house and beach were both very calm and peaceful. We definitely hope to come back one day!
