Location, location, location!
This place had it all, a beautiful private beach expereince, sea turtle nests in the back yard, dolphins swimming close to shore in the mornings.... and all in view from the back porch. This place exceeded our expectations! Definitely made this years family vacation memoriable. We wish could have stayed longer 😊
The site is perfect
The site is perfect! On the beach, great for beach walks to the bird sanctuary and an easy trip into town. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
We absolutely loved our stay
We absolutely loved our stay! We counted 36 steps from the door to the sand. This was perfect for our short trip to our favorite beach. We hope to stay here again!
We had a fantastic stay
We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing and being right on the ocean made beach days a breeze. It was so nice to be able to walk on the beach or sit outside and listen to the waves crash at any time without having to plan a trip to the beach and search for parking. The outdoor shower and laundry room were fantastic to have! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
* something I didn’t see mentioned in the previous reviews: I would suggest to bring your own beach chairs. The only chairs (maybe left by previous renters) were rusted out and one was broken. Since it’s a beach house I was surprised that nice beach chairs were not already an amenity. We ended up going and purchasing our own.
Fantastic oceanfront stay
Fantastic oceanfront stay! The views were incredible, the home was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. The host had excellent communication throughout our stay and made everything easy from start to finish. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to beautiful sunrises was the highlight of our trip. We’d definitely stay here again!

The cutest beach house for the perfect getaway! The beds are so heavenly I went and bought the linens for my own bed at home. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location is perfect. It’s not crowded and busy so perfect for a family looking for a peaceful easy beach trip!

We had a lovely stay with our two small children- just the right size for our family of four! The beach was quiet and beautiful, right out the back door. Gorgeous ocean view from the living area windows. The home was exceptionally clean. Easy drive to Center Street for coffee, dinner, etc.

Great place on the beach! Close to downtown by away from the beach traffic. Easy day trips into downtown Charleston as well. Place was nice and peaceful!
