What a find
What a find! For us the house was perfect. Easy to find and Identified. Its a big yellow house. Close to where we wanted to be. We parked on arrival and never needed to use the car. Yet, it was extremely quiet and restful. A variety of restaurants within 5-10mins walk. The cafe at the end of the drive has some of the best coffee and crumb-cake and was our first stop in the morning. The yellow house felt safe and secure. Everything was squeaky clean. Our host were proactive and so helpful with recommendations that just may the stay even more delightful. It will be very our first choice when we are in town.

This was a totally fine rental
This was a totally fine rental. Not the best and not the worst. I personally thought it was overpriced for what it offered, especially in the offseason when we stayed. It is nothing special but has the basics. If what you are looking for is a beach cottage with limited bedrooms with close proximity to two beach accesses and a nice view over the marsh with no frills, then this is a totally fine place for you. That said, hopefully the loud construction two houses down is completed by the time you stay as it was quite disruptive to our stay.
The sleeping situation would be cramped for anything other than a small family. The two bedrooms are petite but had soft beds that my wife found very comfortable. There are pull out beds in a common area, but that would not offer a lot of privacy. And with only one full bathroom, any more than 4-5 people would be a challenge.

Definitely the cleanest air bnb we have ever stayed in. The villa amenities are also so well kept as well. The view from the villas themselves is lovely! They’re two stories and all bedrooms being downstairs so you don’t have to lug your bags up stairs is a great touch. We visit here yearly and will definitely book again!!!
