We loved our stay at Folly Beach
We loved our stay at Folly Beach! The location was beautiful and is walkable to restaurants and the beach. Only a short drive to Charleston as well! Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The units are private with private entry, but there are several in one large home, so there is a good bit of noise if other guests are there. Over all, worth the cost though and would recommend. The hosts are very helpful and responsive.

We truly loved the house itself and overall enjoyed our stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, and it worked well for our group in many ways.
That said, we were disappointed with the hot water situation. The listing is advertised to sleep 8 people, yet there was not even enough hot water for one person to take a 10-minute shower. Unfortunately, this became a big issue for us—especially after running a half marathon in ~30° weather, when all we wanted was a hot shower afterward.
For a home marketed to larger groups, we would expect a hot water system that can accommodate basic needs. We still enjoyed our time here, but this is an important consideration for future guests.
perfect location
perfect location! King street just two blocks away and amazing restaurants within 5 minute walk. Parking spot was a nice addition. This space has some great Charleston character and would stay again.

We loved the designer details, comfortable seating and dining areas, and overall attention to detail in this home. They've really thought of everything! The kitchen had heavy weight utensils and dishes, a variety of glassware, including stemless wine glasses, and high quality cookware to make casual meals a breeze. Cleaning up afterwards was easy with the provided dishwasher tabs and dishwashing liquid, sponge, and dish towels. The bath products were a nice touch and made us feel like we were in a high-end hotel. The towels were soft, fluffy, and plentiful. The bathrooms were pristinely clean. And it was incredibly convenient to have an in-unit washer and dryer, with Tide laundry pods provided. Street noise wasn't a problem for us. However, we could hear kids running in the unit upstairs, though it wasn't that big a deal since they usually settled down by 7:30 p.m. or so. All in all, we had an amazing stay at this beautiful, well-appointed AirBnB and would not hesitate to book again!

Had a great stay in Charleston. The apartment was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely consider returning and rebooking. In hindsight we probably would not have rented a car at the airport b/c everything is walkable and parking is a pain in the rear!

While the inside pictures and description were accurate, the courtyard was not private and is shared with house next door. Also a pool was being built so the entire area was clad in plywood and was the view out the front door. The freezer was not working nor any of the outside lights along the pathway. Very dangerous to navigate after dark. The freezer issue was resolved the night we checked in but the lights were not fixed for the five days we were there. I would not rent from YourPad again.
