The home is beautiful
The home is beautiful. Ample parking. Easy in|Easy out. Kitchen is very small but worked for small meals like cereal and tacos. I wouldn't have been able to feed 10 people easily, limited counter space and appliances are mini. They do provide all of the kitchen supplies you'll need for basic meals. The third bedroom is cramped, with limited floor space. The other rooms have a little more space.
Fit our needs. Listing says up to 10 people, that is a tight fit.
TV is streaming. The house has AC and it worked well. Internet worked well. They do offer extra blankets and I think there was an air mattress in the closet. Also, there was a few baby care options, I think it was a pack and play. We don't have small children so we didn't need to pull any of that out. Washer and dryer were clean and worked well. They provided some detergent.
The house decor is perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place- easy check in and parking to start
Great place- easy check in and parking to start. Beautifully decorated and spacious inside and all of the furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were super comfy! We were there for a tour of College of Charleston- it was about a 20-25 minute walk (it was very hot in August but not a difficult walk otherwise). Right near the MUSC campus. On the block are two adorable little coffee shop/markets and there are several restaurants within walking distance.
Checkout was a breeze- we would definitely stay again!

Location is great, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, and corner stores. The home is old, with thin walls and windows and a very worn wood floor. Our stay was timed around orientation and college kids coming back for Fall semester, so neighbors partying and a thunderstorm made for poor sleep. AC units in each room kept us cool despite the incredible summer heat and humidity, although one unit had the drain back up and we were mitigating a constant dripping from it.
Our host was very responsive, helping us find things around the home. I did find the kitchen a little lacking, without a pantry there was no where for storing leftover spices, zip lock bags, or other things you would need for an extended stay that I have come to expect from a "bed & breakfast" accommodation. No matter, the corner store was a 10 minute round trip and our family was well supported in the space with plenty of seating and table space. I was very grateful for the ample dedicated parking!

We loved the Airbnb’s location in a neighborhood with great architecture and restaurants. The space was larger than it appeared in photos and the team in charge were very responsive. Also there is parking which is hard to find in the neighborhood, so we appreciated our designated spaces. We would stay here again.

This place was fantastic
This place was fantastic! Absolutely loved the old home character mixed with modern furnishings and amenities—the house is an experience all by itself! The neighborhood felt totally safe and is pretty, quiet, and walkable to lots of things. We used it as our base to walk all the way to the battery and back with lots of meandering in between—so if you’re up to walking at all, this house is in a great location to keep the car parked and head out on foot. Home is very comfortable and the individual bedroom HVACs is a nice feature considering varied guest preferences. There is a plentiful supply of bath linens as well as toiletries. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating and very quick to respond if we ever had a question. Zero issues with the stay-only positives!
