With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Myself and four friends have a lovely stay at the Crosley Suite

Myself and four friends have a lovely stay at the Crosley Suite. The apartment is small but cute and clean. The location is great with coffee shops, restaurants and small wine/beer shop within a couple of blocks. You can also easily walk to King Street though its a bit of a longer walk. I did not find the location loud at all, and I am a light sleeper. To comment on the two biggest complaints you see in the reviews: - Small size, no luggage storage: This is true but I feel the pictures adequately represent this. The bedroom with the single bed has room for 1 or 2 suitcases and a closet. The room with a bunk bed does not have any room for suitcases, so we just put ours in the main area. - Shower water pressure: All 5 of us agreed the shower water pressure was fine, even for washing long hair! Two other comments: - The outdoor area shown in pictures is not private, it is shared with other condos - Yourpad was not flexible with check in or out times

Loved the area. Short, safe walk to King St, passing lots of other great restaurants and stores on the way. Try walking down Cannon St instead of Spring St. You get a real Charleston neighborhood feel. Loved all the attention to detail in the apartment: attractive and fun decor, very comfortable sofa and beds, Malin + Goetz toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Host was very responsive and friendly. We’d be more than happy to stay here again next time we’re in Charleston.

Very great place for a weekend getaway

Very great place for a weekend getaway! Not necessarily a ‘walk’ to King street, but the neighborhood is great and a 5 minute Uber gets you anywhere in town. Host was super responsive. There is less storage than you’d expect so plan to live out of the suitcase. Really low water pressure.

I have rented with YourPad several times over the years, and they are always so great to work with. Very reliable communication, extremely helpful in all situations. This place had plenty of parking for our guests who drove. The location is wonderful to navigate around the city either on foot or by car.

I would honestly not stay here again

I would honestly not stay here again. My friends and I booked this place for a girls trip and the place was a little crammed for 4 people. The water pressure in the larger bathroom was horrible. The pillows were chronically uncomfortable. The front door is not sealed correctly so whatever the temperature is outside is the same inside. There were not enough blankets for the number of people this space claims it accommodates. The building the unit is located in is incredibly noisy. We also found a roach in 30 degree weather. Only good thing was parking was easy and so was check in. Place was cute & host was very communicative. But wouldn’t stay again.
