This place was perfect for a college girls weekend trip
This place was perfect for a college girls weekend trip! The location was great! It was so close to King street and many great restaurants. The home felt very cozy, comfortable, and safe. The host was super friendly and amazing to work with. The parking at the house is a little tight so it’s important to bring smaller vehicles. Overall, this trip couldn’t have gone any smoother. I highly recommend this place!!!

After years on Airbnb we've finally had a poor experience.
Pros: The interior of the house is remodeled very nicely. Beds are very comfortable. Good space. Cons: The location is not as advertised. They claim Cannonborough/Elliotborough but the house is actually 1.5 blocks east of Kings Rd. You might think, no big deal, but that block makes a big difference. That block is not just under construction (still) but is completely run down. It & another house are the only 2 that aren't torn down on the street. It also has very shady characters walking up & down all day.
There's possibly mold in one bathroom & rotting wood in another. My son had an allergic reaction & we couldn't stay. We left after one day & asked for a partial refund. The company sent us a canned response about how sorry they were & would "talk to the owners". But every day sent us messages asking us how are stay was going after we had already left and they acknowledged our refund request.
Great Stay
Great Stay! We were able to get early check in. They also allowed my dog to come, with small fee. Construction was present but did not ruin our trip. Walked to michelin guide restaurant and cute cafe.

My friends and I great a great time staying at this Airbnb. The instructions were clear, the place was overall clean, comfy beds, and cute decor. The only downside of this place was construction across the street started at 5 am... This was only an issue on the weekdays, but still very inconvenient. The location outside is pretty torn up due to city demolitions, but it is very walkable to the bars, restaurants, and shops. The parking is extremely tight, and if you have anything bigger than a mid-size SUV, you may have some trouble. Overall, this Airbnb is a really good deal considering the beautiful interior, comfy seating/beds, and walkable location, and I would stay here again just on a weekend when you can sleep in.

Pros: YourPad was great to work with. Very responsive. The interior of the house was in good shape and clean. Cons: The location is in the middle of a major construction site and surrounded by empty lots, torn down buildings and homes. Dirt everywhere and noisy during the weekdays. The driveway is very narrow, small, unpaved and floods. It’s built for small or mid size cars not multiple SUVs. This block of Line St will look great when all construction is completed.

It was exactly as expected. the bathrooms are a little smaller than they looked and there was some construction right across the street but it wasn't horrible.The parking was slightly difficult, when they say compact car they mean it! We did have to request a few things but our host was very responsive and we had the items within a few hours.
