This was the perfect place to stay for our first time visiting Charleston. Very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again
The “luxury” listing was horrific
The “luxury” listing was horrific. Only one sliver of a bedside table for TWO people and it rocked horribly. Three tamping cranes are building condos DIRECTLY ACROSS the street, so beware they go f 7:30 am to 5:30 am with a half hour stop at noon. Everything — couches, IKEA chair, utensils old and nubby, well worn. Coffee pot replacement carafe in this “luxury” stay did not work. We were told by YourPadCHX that we had a parking space which turned out to be behind a falling down, abandoned home. We drove in one night at 10 pm and there was a person smoking drugs in the back of the porch. Great safety, luxury goods, and constant background bedrock tamping? We left a day early, and I am now officially done with anything YourPad. Airbnb was once a wonderful company that made a really terrific option for us. Now, at least with YourPad, they are a corporation, not real people trying to supplement their incomes by opening their homes.

This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had.... anywhere!! Spoke to Maggie before my trip- she was wonderful!! such helpful and kind people. I am from Charleston and the southern hospitality did not dissapoint! Neighborhood beautiful, house was absolutely wonderful. Bed so very comfortable, every. single. thing. perfection!! Coffee shop -sweet staff -great food and coffee-1 minute walk. Great corner pizza with wonderful salads-30 second walk. Famous restaurants within 3 -5 minutes-again walk! Parking-perfect- I am in LOVE with this quiet little enclave in Downtown Charleston. Marion Square -11 minute walk- wonderful safe beautiful the entire way. I loved this place and would stay again, and again, and again. I felt treated like royalty prior to coming, and during my stay- it was a little slice of peaceful heaven.
