Staying at YOURPAD Charleston's Spring St place was great
Staying at YOURPAD Charleston's Spring St place was great! We ended up snowed in so spent more time than originally expected but felt like there was such good space to hang out without being on top of each other (will caveat that we had a group of 5 and I'd probably only feel this way up to 6 people).
While there was some noise from neighboring restaurants, it was called out in the listing so we knew what to expect going in and honestly, they were playing some bops.
The only downside I'd share is the parking spot identified in the listing is a few blocks away and that wasn't immediately clear. We ended up just unloading cars and paying to park at the Midtown Parking Garage around the corner which worked out well for us since it was a reasonable daily max.

The location and the inside decor and amenities were fantastic
The location and the inside decor and amenities were fantastic! It's a great place for people who want to be out, near bars, party and stay up late. The noise from the roof bar next door and the restaurant below were out of control and not accurately described in the listing and went until 1230AM and started at 745AM every day. So while we loved the place, the noise was very challenging.
We had a great stay overall
We had a great stay overall! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location! everything we needed was close by, which made getting around really easy. The space itself was lovely and worked well for our group.

Lovely, clean, well-appointed apartment. Only drawback was loud construction noice during the day, and nearby bar music continued past 10 pm.
Though neither was in the purview of the air&b management, it may be worth mentioning. Thank you!
Great location, close to many eateries and shops
Great location, close to many eateries and shops. Bars would get a bit noisy at night, but provided sound machines were great to drown that out. Host was very responsive. Would return here when visiting Charleston.

If you want to stay right in the middle of the action, this place is for you. Great restaurants and bars nearby. All the amenities you need. Would stay here again.
The apartment was great
The apartment was great. Good location, well appointed, lots of space and very comfortable.
There was a caveat that it is above a restaurant, which closes at 10 pm. and their noise was fine. What was not disclosed was that it is adjacent to a very lively nightclub, Uptown Social, which had loud music until all hours, shaking the building. This information was rather obfuscated in the listing, and I only learned later, after reading deep into the comments that others had experienced the same. I understand you can't control the noise from another business, but being more upfront about it would have been appreciated.
Also, deliveries start at 6 a.m., so there were also truck noises. Construction on the next block had pile drivers starting at 8 a.m.
