Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Jade was an excellent host! She was super communicative and helpful throughout our whole trip. The place was perfect for our group, which included both kids and seniors. The location of the house was great - we were able to walk (with a toddler) both to downtown King Street and to Weltons Tiny Bakeshop. Would definitely stay again!

Great house! Stayed with my friends. Very good price especially for 5 people. Everything was clean and amenities were nice. Provides linens, extra cosmetics, and coffee. We had a problem with a leak and she was very friendly and quick with maintenance. Area around had lots of great places to eat. Would stay again!
