Very responsive hosts. Lovely and clean house. I liked how it was in a little courtyard with 3 of their other properties. The construction zone isn’t ideal but we weren’t bothered by noise the two nights we stayed. Really nice bathrooms!

We had a wonderful stay! We happened to visit during one of the warmest weeks of the year, so the air conditioning definitely got a workout and performed well. The location was fantastic—an easy walk to both King Street and the College of Charleston. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future.

This is an adorable historic home with beautiful upgrades in the heart of downtown Charleston. We loved the location, the lay out of the home and the host was very communicative. One thing to note, our visit to Charleston was during a heat wave where it was 95 degrees outside with a heat index of 108 and the units in the home just could not keep up. The host was excellent and sent a technician to ensure the units were functioning properly. Overall, it is just the nature of a historic home when it is very hot. Just something to consider if you are booking in the summer. We would absolutely stay here again in the cooler months.

The location was incredible. It was quiet and provided a parking space for my luxury car that I was initially nervous about. We were literally a couple blocks from King Street and ended up finding a gem of a restaurant called By the Way, which was a block a way. The hoe felt like our little mansion. The rooms were great and the bathrooms were spacious, especially the master.

Great little place in a great location. Many upgrades throughout. Previous reviews noting external noise from nearby construction are true, but don’t let those deter you. Will likely be going on for a few more years while they build the apt/condo complex. Highly recommend this rental.
