The guest before us left a review that said the hot water lasted less than 5 minutes
The guest before us left a review that said the hot water lasted less than 5 minutes. Before we booked our stay, I asked the host if the hot water issue had been resolved and the host assured us that it had been. It was not. Hot water lasted about 5 minutes and then went cold. We notified the host and they said that a tech would come out that morning to fix it. The host never followed up with us to let us know whether or not it had been repaired. So, we tried it when we returned and it still wasn’t resolved. We reached out to the host about it and they said that the tech came out and resolved the issue, but it was not resolved. In conversation with the host, Yourpad, they shared that they’re a property management company. They didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue and when we requested a refund through Airbnb, Airbnb support informed us that the host rejected the refund. If you enjoy hot, or even warm, showers do not stay here because they have issues with the hot water. Avoid!

Major issue occurred during our stay where there was no heat and the hot water would last less than 5 minutes. We had to cancel our stay and find another place which was a great inconvenience. The host was very responsive and tried to help. If the heat and hot water worked, it would’ve been a great stay.

I booked this for my son and DIL. Jack said, „ It was great, wonderful view of the marsh and really comfy cozy interior. No problem getting in. The location is about as convenient as it could be. Nice kitchen. Lots of natural light. We loved it.“

Really enjoyed my stay here
Really enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean, had plenty of room, and the yard was perfect for our dog. It felt private and quiet while only being a 10-minute drive to King Street. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Charleston.

Great AirBnb just outside of Downtown Charleston. About a 10 min ride away from most places on King St. Host was responsive and it was very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend if you’d like to be close to Downtown Charleston but with a bit more
privacy.

Great little spot on James Island
Great little spot on James Island! Nice big backyard, brand new grill, and very large kitchen for the size of the place. Exactly perfect for what we needed! I gave some feedback to the owner that they will incorporate for future visitors! Highly recommend if you’re planning on staying and going to Folly Beach or Downtown Charleston! Would definitely stay again
