This was a great location for staying near downtown Charleston! Less than a mile walk to King street, we walked everywhere. Great for a few nights stay!

Checking in was super easy, driveway was slightly difficult to find but parking was a breeze
Checking in was super easy, driveway was slightly difficult to find but parking was a breeze. Clean, cool space. Dishwasher, washer/dryer included. The only negative wasn’t from the home, just the busy street/area outside! Being just down the street from the trauma center, I heard several helicopters throughout the nights I was there. But overall definitely worth the money, location was great. About a 30 minute walk to anywhere downtown you’d want to go. I would definitely stay again!

Nice stay! The place has a lot of charm related to the age of the home! Excellent location! Walkable to just about everywhere we wanted to go. Linda communicated prompty addressing any needs we had. Thanks for a lovely time!
This was such a fun stay
This was such a fun stay. We loved this property. If you are only comfortable with gleaming new condos, look elsewhere, but if you love a place on a street in a neighborhood that is rich in character, and you don't mind that not quite all the right angles are ninety degrees, this is a jewel. You know who you are. All the facilities, cleanliness, etc., top rank, and the place is drenched in real Charleston charm, a classic piece of neighborhood architecture walkable to all sorts of great things, but nicely tucked out of the way. We walked and walked and walked the tres-shaded streets of the neighborhood. Super comfortable, coddling nest that puts you into the deep heart of the Charleston experience.

Great space in a good location
Great space in a good location. Everything was well equipped and we did not want for any amenities. All in all a good option if you are visiting Charleston.
First, this property was super clean
First, this property was super clean. The linens and towels smelled amazing. Plenty of shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion was provided as well. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Space worked fantastic for our group of 3 (girls trip). It’s an old Charleston house and full of character. AC worked great. Really no complaints other than a slight musky smell the first day, but once we were in there and had airflow, we didn’t notice it after that. Price for that area was very reasonable and less than other places. Super close to so many things. Holy Bagel is a short walk (great breakfast and coffee) and a block up from there is a fantastic pastry shop - definitely recommend the breakfast sandwich’s on biscuits and the pies! Property is walkable to King St for shopping and nightlife. Folly beach is 20 mins away and the French quarter and Charleston city market are very short drives away (few mins). Such a fantastic location for a girls trip and we very much enjoyed our stay. Host is super responsive! We never heard the folks upstairs- some street noise at night but total normal for the area. Never heard an ambulance at night, even w being close to the hospital. Definitely recommend this rental!
