Comfortable and cozy. A short drive to most things we wanted to see. Walkable food and coffee options. Area felt safe. Would stay here again!

Was perfect for our multi family trip to Charleston. Walkable to everything we wanted to do in town and we also made it out to some beautiful beaches.
Our stay was great
Our stay was great! The team was very responsive and the house was as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was great to hang out in each day.
We weren’t prepared for rainy weather, and the house came with umbrellas which was really helpful!! Their recommended grocery delivery was smooth as well.
The only thing to be aware of here is any recent construction in the area as it can get loud in the morning!
We had a great stay at this place
We had a great stay at this place. Responsive hosts and everything described was present. The house was a bit more narrow than we realized, spread amongst three floors, with slanted ceilings in the two top bedrooms making slightly hard to get around. The building was also slightly on a slant making the ground a little unsteady at times. Otherwise it had everything we needed and was as advertised! Easy walking distance to many places.

The host was wonderful and super accommodating. We loved our stay here! The only item I would note is that the upper level is very tight when getting up the stairs and into the rooms. Was comfortable for the 9 people we had staying in the space.
What a great location for Charleston
What a great location for Charleston. You are right off King Street where everything is located and so close to everything. The house itself was clean and quiet, there wasn't anything to complain about. There is a cafe a few buildings down call Island Provisions that is AMAZING. Get your morning coffee, breakfast or a beer later in the day. It could not be in a more convenient location.

Good experience staying here! Cute spot and very responsive, friendly host. The location is near upper king and near a lot of the bars, it was so convenient to walk home after. Would stay here again!
Plenty of space for a family of 7 while visiting Charleston
Plenty of space for a family of 7 while visiting Charleston. Walkable to the top end of King Street. We actually just walked all the way down into the historic part of Charleston - wasn't really that far. Great pizza joint just two doors down from the place. The kitchen was good size, but we didn't do much cooking - just simple breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay for a bachelorette party. The house was older and was slanted throughout but to be expected. They were very responsive and helpful. We did have an odor on the top floor and musty. Overall perfectly fine for a weekend stay.
