We had a great stay here with a large group. The houses are even nicer than they appear in the photos, air conditioning worked very well in all 3, and was well stocked with amenities. The rooftops are a great place to sit outside and there are many local bars and restaurants within a couple of blocks! Would definitely stay again! Host was also thorough and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect for us to walk to everything King st. has to offer. The host was also extremely responsive and patient. Would recommend for any large groups traveling to Charleston!

We were 15 of us on a girls trip and we found the house and location to be great.
They had a separate but walkable space for parking 3 of our cars which was really nice.
The customer service was very responsive and helpful with all questions/input that we asked for.

We rented all three houses on this property for Fourth of July and they did not disappoint. It was a perfect location to downtown Charleston with plenty of parking and walking distance to everything. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop terrace was memorable! The houses were pristine and private and the hosts were first class. Thank you for an unforgettable Fourth of July. We will definitely be back.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay! The location of the house placed us within 30 minutes or so of everything we wanted to see while we were in town! I highly recommend this location to anyone with a family wanting to see the city but also wants somewhere private as well. All 3 of the houses were very clean well taken care of houses. Excellent location! We walked down King Street to enjoy the city's night life, shopping, and restaurant scene. The roof decks on the back two buildings offer a great opportunity to spend time outside when the weather is nice. We also really enjoyed being able to eat together around the huge dining table in the main house. We stayed at Michael's Airbnb for a bachelorette party, and we originally planned to have 16 adult guests. In the end we only had 13 guests, and I think that was for the best space-wise. The max of 16 guests would probably be more comfortable with kids. For sleeping accommodations, about half of the beds are pullout couches located in the living rooms of each of the three homes. The roof decks are accessible through the primary bedrooms in the back two buildings. Neither of these things were a big problem for our group, but if you are need more privacy from your fellow travelers I think it would be helpful to know that basically every room is used for sleeping.
