With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Charming upstairs place. Spacious and comfortable and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy walking to just about anywhere and several good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Parking in rear is a bit tight if you have a large SUV or Pickup. Super easy to get to off the major roads coming into downtown.

Great place and just as described. Nice and safe neighborhood. If you are able would highly recommend R Restaurant around the corner on Rutledge, scratch kitchen and limited seating. The unit was nice and comfortable, good bedding, clean, nice kitchen. Definitely worth the price!

Perfect stay! The host was always available and helpful. The apartment was above expectations and even better than the pictures. Very cozy and comfortable. Very nicely decorated and spacious for the size. The area is very nice and a 10-12 min walk to King street.

This little apartment was perfect for our stay in Charleston, just a short walk away from some of our favorite spots, including Bobas coffee and Southbound restaurant. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. Be aware that this is an upstairs apartment so you shouldn’t have any issue going up and down stairs. One small note to make, my wife’s full-size suv was a very tight to drive down the alleyway to the back parking area, I’m thankful we drove her vehicle, as there is no way my truck would have fit. Overall we had a great stay.
