We rented the entire house, which consists of two identical duplexes, for a 40th birthday celebration
We rented the entire house, which consists of two identical duplexes, for a 40th birthday celebration. It worked out really well. Having two floors and mirrored layouts made it easy for everyone to spread out while still being together. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked, which made hosting and group meals simple.
One thing to note is that it wasn’t quite as walkable to the core of downtown as we originally expected, so we ended up Ubering fairly often. It’s also very close to the interstate, so there can be some noise during high-traffic times.
Outside of those two things, the house was great, extremely clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend it enough! Having access to both the top and bottom we had plenty of space and can accommodate a lot of people and never once felt crammed. Truly an amazing location, super walkable and near a bunch of great spots. We will be recommending this place again and again and hopefully will be back soon!
The overall house is extremely inaccurate
The overall house is extremely inaccurate, the house is located right next to an abandoned house and off of an extremely busy highway where you hear the cars and people all night long. 4 out of 6 of the bedrooms are extremely small and a king bed is just placed in there almost wall to wall. The carpet in living rooms and the bedrooms was covered in hair (both human and animal) it just did not feel like it had been throughly cleaned. Overall for being a group of girls the location just felt extremely unsafe.

Our stay was exactly what we had hoped for. The units were clean, well kept and comfortable. Walkable to plenty of restaurants and bars on King St. and surround area. I highly recommend considering this hike for your stay.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, well-kept, and check-in and check-out were super easy. It was spacious enough for our group of 12, though it’s worth noting that only 2 parking spots are provided. Luckily, we found additional parking under the nearby underpass. The only downside was the noise from the nearby highway, which made things a bit loud at times. Overall, not a bad experience at all and would consider staying again.

Great option for large groups/bachelorettes! Note that it is two separate units with only external stairs connecting, so groups were a little separate.
Host was extremely responsive with clear instructions for check in/check out. Place was very clean & well lit, includes amenities like noise machine which was great for bedrooms that were closest to the busy road. Location is definitely walkable to King St.
