The communication was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay in Charleston.

Wonderful location and property

Wonderful location and property. Ample space for large groups! The house was beautifully designed, spacious, and had ample amenities for everything. The host was gracious enough to give us many extra towels and pillows. Highly recommend them

The place is very nice and clean

The place is very nice and clean. Parking is a issue only room for 1 small vehicle. We found accross the street underpass is free parking for extra vehicles. I bathroom and shower for each bathroom In previous reviews talked of cockroaches this is not true. Palmeto bugs. Which are very pervalent in the warmer south. And are not dirty Only recommendation for the owner would be to try to secure a place for tenants to park a extra vehicle or large vehicle for guests. Reserving for 8 people. Was mot enough. And 1st 3 nights parking fees were over 100 dollars till i figured out the underpass was free parking

We encountered several issues that made this stay disappointing—especially considering the nearly $4K cost for five nights. The biggest concern was the presence of very large roaches. Management responded with traps, but they were far too small to be effective. The oven had a burner that didn’t work, the broiler was out, and one day the fridge shut off due to a tripped breaker. Toilet paper holders were falling off, some outlets didn’t work, and the home showed significant wear—scuffed walls and general lack of upkeep. Not all bedrooms have TVs (not noted in the listing), and the highway noise is loud, though sound machines help. The shared courtyard was also taken over by another group smoking weed for 2 of the nights, making us unable to use. This home has potential, but it needs better maintenance and transparency to justify the high price.

Absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-appointed home. It was perfect for our larger group, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and check-in/check-out was easy.

The home was great. Parking was okay and King Street was walkable from the house. However, the noise from the freeway made the front bedroom unusable. The above unit started what sounded like Jenga with the large blocks at 7:00am. Then we had what sounded like tap dancing. From 9am to 5 pm relatively quiet.

This was a perfect place for a girls trip! It was easy to access and the photos matched exactly what it looked like on the inside. The only thing I wish I would’ve seen in the description was the proximity to the highway and that there is an additional unit above the rental. With the house right next to the highway it was noisy at night and you could very clearly hear the people walking around above our unit.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb with our three kids (ages 8, 5, and 2), and it was fantastic. The space was spotless and well-organized, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals for the family, and the host even left some kid-friendly snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to do but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The kids especially loved the backyard, where they could run around safely while we enjoyed our coffee on the patio. The host was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including a pack-and-play for our youngest and recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area.
