The host offered us this place due to having to cancel our first reservation and to our surprise
The host offered us this place due to having to cancel our first reservation and to our surprise, this was even a better option for us than our first reservation. We had 5 women traveling and we each had our own King bed and en-suite which was a real luxury. The place was beautiful inside and we enjoyed dipping our toes in the inground pool. The only downside is the traffic noise as it is on a busy street. This was quickly remedied with ear plugs (essential). The accommodations work perfectly for a girls trip as it does have two separate apartments. We gathered at the downstairs apartment for our morning coffees together. We all were extremely pleased with our pad.
We had a great stay
We had a great stay. The units were as described and clean. The area was walkable with easy access to all of the Charleston things to do! It is right next to the highway but with the white noise machines and eye masks, this wasn't much of an issue.
The host was always on top of it
The host was always on top of it. They responded with a professional voice and tried to accommodate us. The walk to King street was good. The places were very clean and loved the old houses with modern upgrades. Linen was clean meaning towels and sheets. Good price for great place
Great place and location
Great place and location. Traffic noise can be loud at times and limited parking spaces which we were informed. I wish we had blackout curtains, there was a lot of outside light shining in the bedrooms. We had six couples and we did enjoy our stay.

My group stayed here for a bachelorette trip and we had the best time! It was an easy walk to so many places and was a beautiful house! We had the best time, the host was great and very accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!
My extended family and I had a great trip to Charleston
My extended family and I had a great trip to Charleston, much of it due to the house in which we stayed. It's a classic Charleston single with the porch "hidden" behind the front door. With the matching top and bottom floors, we were able to create great memories together while also being able to slip into our separate quarters/rooms when we needed to. We had everything we needed at our disposable - being able to do laundry proved especially useful. We were able to fit our three rental cars into the driveway and had easy access to the freeway when we drove to various locations. But, we also walked to nearby spots - a block to breakfast at The Daily, and to what became our late night spot on King Street, Silver Dollar. The only issue we encountered was a nearby construction/maintenance crew that was loud a couple of mornings, but not terrible enough that it bothered anyone. Checking in and out was simple, and the host was always friendly, responsive, and helpful. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay. The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The location was excellent with an easy walk to King Street and many of Charleston's restaurants and attractions. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout our trip.

Our cousins family reunion was amazing
Our cousins family reunion was amazing. With 11 in attendance we rented the entire home. YourPad customer service responded within 10 minutes. The property was as advertised and the outside area is a bonus. Bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. When we had game night we all felt at home. Others have mentioned concern regarding the traffic noise because of the location, but the sound machines helped. Noise was only prevalent in the front bedrooms. I would also suggest bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We will definitely reserve this location in the future. Thank you YOURPAD for making this a memorable trip.
