We were VERY happy with the accommodations

Stacia Fitch
We were VERY happy with the accommodations. Cutest apartment in a great neighborhood within walking distance to small grocery stores, nice restaurants and little shops. Easy walk to King Street and if tired of walking just get a pedicab or Uber. Would definitely return. Thank you!

My husband and I spent three nights at this beautiful Charleston home and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as described. The location was fantastic and we were able to walk to so many wonderful shops and restaurants, including King Street. The off street parking was also a plus. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Charleston on Spring Street

Eddie Blessing
We had a great stay in Charleston on Spring Street. The apartment was fantastic all around with a very clean inside and outside. Our favorite parts about the apartment were the turf backyard with the hammock and the super comfy beds. Additionally, the location of the place was perfect and easily walkable to downtown. Would definitely recommend and hope to return for another stay one day!

The apartment was in a great location close to so many great restaurants

Jordan Burns
The apartment was in a great location close to so many great restaurants. We stayed with our 2 year old and they provided a pack n play and highchair that made things so much easier for us. We loved playing in the backyard as well! The neighborhood can get a little noisy on weekend nights so bring earplugs!

Pros: Nice place in a great location, residential but conveniently walkable to King St

Ryan Ingram
Pros: Nice place in a great location, residential but conveniently walkable to King St. Great kitchen and living area with quality appliances. Beds were comfortable and unit was very clean. The outdoor space was super nice to have in this area, especially with the hammock. Cons: Internet was not good and kept dropping in and out. Not the fault of our hosts but there is a bit of construction noise in the surrounding area, which dampened enjoyment of the yard a bit. Some items that were listed were not in the unit on arrival; host was extremely responsive and delivered them quickly. Overall this was a good option for us and we’d recommend it, especially in this area, but with a 5 night stay the cons definitely were a little disappointing.

The place was fine

Janna Higbie
The place was fine. Great location, comfortable beds, cute yard area. The shower was excellent. The host was very responsive, especially regarding special accommodations we requested due to weather. Mainly, the space was just a lot smaller than we expected. We were there during the cold snap, so we couldn’t use the outside area. Being able to utilize that space would definitely give the place a bigger feel.

Great stay, as advertised

My husband and I stayed here in early January

Karen Coulson
My husband and I stayed here in early January. There are many lovely things about this rental. Its location is great. We loved the full kitchen and the outdoor space. We were able to walk or take the free downtown buses to the center of town, and there are many great restaurants within a few blocks. Try Holey City Bagels, you won’t be disappointed! The off street parking spot is key for anyone with a car. Street parking is difficult in all of Charleston due to city restrictions. The place was clean and had new furnishings. It had laundry but no detergent is provided (unless you find a prior renter’s) but there are markets nearby with this. YOURPAD, the management service, sends lots of helpful emails. However, we had some issues, including a full apartment fire alarm at 1:30 AM, and we found their actual response to be somewhat slow to get fully resolved. I imagine they are busy, as they have multiple listings in Charleston, and I believe that this will improve with time.

Chose this place for a birthday weekend for my wife and I, it didn’t disappoint

Chose this place for a birthday weekend for my wife and I, it didn’t disappoint! Everything was as described and the host was responsive to a few small questions we had. Lovely outdoor area to share a drink and walkable to so many nice restaurants (lucky enough to get a table at Vern’s!). Hopefully this stay is available next year when we come back!

Felt right at home here

Felt right at home here. Stayed for 2 nights with my husband and our 2 kids. We were all more than comfortable and super happy to have found this place. Host was super responsive. All the major essentials were provided - plenty of clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and the best of all, laundry detergent/pods. The unit was clean and cozy and in a walkable location near lots of shops and restaurants and a few blocks away from King Street. Check out instructions were simple and easy. Should we ever visit Charleston again, I’d definitely book this place again.
