Positive:
King street is around the corner. Area felt safe and just a block away from hustle and bustle so it was quiet after exploring all day. The apartment has a comfortable seating area and a very comfortable bed with coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Negative:
Not an issue but would suggest curtains in living room.

Really enjoyed location close to Babas for coffee and king street for everything else. Overall very very nice experience & would recommend others to stay at this location

Clean , quiet, walkable to all the sights and good restaurants but not in the thick of it.
Negative:
We booked it via Booking.com but after giving our credit card info at the booking site, we then were instructed by the property to pay them directly, which made me concerned I might be billed by each entity. Booking.com confirmed that I should pay them directly, but it took extra time and travel stress on my end to work that out. Hassles that could have been avoided if they had noted it in the reservation confirmation. Also, we had to call to get the email sent with check-in/property access instructions when we arrived.

The unit was plenty spacious for one person and had all the amenities you could want. Bed was very comfortable. Convenient to have code instead of key. The description is a little misleading since the parking is about 3 blocks from the unit. Also, there is a fair amount of noise from the hallways. Location was great. Steps from King Street shops and restaurants and walkable to all historical attractions. Perfect for my needs. I really didn't need my car, other than going to the theater and Mount Pleasant an Sullivan's Island. Using Ubers might have been more economical. I stayed 7 nights and would stay there again.
