Nice old southern style house with 2 separate private apartments (we were on the second floor)
Nice old southern style house with 2 separate private apartments (we were on the second floor). Fully modernized kitchen with new appliances. Front and back porches. Handy washer and dryer near kitchen. Comfy beds in 3 bright bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. Located near shopping and many restaurants (King Street especially). It’s located on a rather busy one way street, though, so daytime traffic can occasionally be a bit noisy. Not a deal breaker for us. All in all we had a pleasant stay.
We absolutely loved our stay
We absolutely loved our stay! We had a group of seven for a girls’ trip, and there was plenty of space for everyone to get ready comfortably. The sleeping arrangements were great, and we all felt very at home. If we’re ever back in Charleston with a larger group, I would definitely love to stay here again. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The only downside was that there is just one parking spot, but there are several nearby paid and unpaid parking options available.

We enjoyed our stay in Charleston at this Air B&B. The only reason for not giving a 5 star review is the parking situation. You have to park too far away in my opinion, 5 to 6 blocks or so.
This was the perfect stay for my group
This was the perfect stay for my group. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Housekeeping was A+, the place was spotless. Beds were comfortable and the porch was great for relaxing. Clearly a professional designer was responsible for all things because the place is beautiful. There is even a work station. You can’t beat the location for exploring downtown. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops that are within a very short walk. We are visiting again in April and plan to stay here :)
This is the perfect choice for visiting Charleston
This is the perfect choice for visiting Charleston. We parked the car and didn’t use it again until it was time to leave! King street, the Market, the French quarter - all an easy walk. The apartment is so charming! The master bed/bath is large. The living area is comfortable, and the upstairs bedroom is perfect for extra guests or kids.

Charming place located in the heart of historic Charleston
Charming place located in the heart of historic Charleston. Everything was a walkable distance from the apt.
There was construction going on which woke us up promptly at 7:30am but that is a temporary disruption that honestly we didn’t mind; gave us the opportunity to discovery the local coffee shops.
Hosts were prompt in responding to any requests we had. All in all fantastic!

When
