Great stay. The staff got back quickly with answers to questions or concerns.
Positive:
It was so convenient and within walking distance to pretty much everything.
Negative:
The spiral staircase made it a bit difficult with luggage- but we managed. Could have provided a few extra towels also.

Great place for anyone looking to stay on king street and be close to everything it has to offer. Not ideal for families as there is a lively club right next door that doesn’t close until 2am you can hear the bass from the music all night. Overall great place just not for families. The host was amazing allowing us to book a middle of the night stay after our previous booking was cancelled by our host so appreciate them for that.

Great apartment in a fabulous area of town!

Location. Location. Location. So easy to get anywhere and so many great dining options right there! Easy parking across the street, friendly staff that kept my bag until check-in, unique and well appointed apartment.
Negative:
There are several reviews that mention the noise and the description also acknowledges that it is not the quietest-believe them! There is a lot of street noise, club noise and people noise from others in the building. We were prepared for a noisy stay but we surprised at how loud it really was. That being said, we were provided with 3 great noise machines to help drown out the sounds and we were never woken up by the noise. It’s all part of being on King Street!
The spiral staircase is tough to navigate with luggage but, again, it’s well documented in pictures. If you have mobility issues, this isn’t your perfect rental. But it certainly adds character to the space.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Fire Tower two room condo. The location is close to many restaurants and shops on King. Highlights are the outdoor spaces - we enjoyed a glass of wine after our late dinner on the outdoor lanai.
Listening to the lively sounds of Saturday night on King Street above it all - in the outdoor breeze - was a lovely end to our evening.
The parking garage is a very short walk and a convenient location if you want to continue to enjoy Charleston after checkout.
Our space was clean and as described. The renovation kept a nod to the original structure with added appropriate updates and conveniences. Very nice.
The spiral stairs are safe. Just need to consider sizes of suitcases as you will need to navigate them to get to the bedrooms.
It was a very nice experience - we come to Charleston quite a bit, we will look to book again.

The location was fabulous- we walked all over and always felt safe. Great way to see different neighborhoods!

Nothing- just know the spiral staircase is a little challenging if you have mobility issues.

Absolutely loved my stay here and would definitely come back again! The location is right in the heart of everything—fantastic restaurants, great shopping, and King Street just steps away. You can stroll, shop, grab a bite or a drink, and admire all the beautiful historic buildings. Everywhere we ate, the food was amazing, and the locals were so kind and eager to share recommendations. I only wish I could have stayed longer! The place itself was wonderful, and having the entire rooftop with such great views made it even more special.
