The location of this place was exceptional
The location of this place was exceptional. It had an interesting layout as you enter on the 2nd level of the unit which had 2 bedrooms & 2baths. You walk up to 2 additional bedrooms but only 1 bath. The living area is down 1 flight from the entryway. It was awkward that there was no powder room or bathroom on the living level. Meaning you have to go upstairs and into a bedroom to access a toilet which was slightly inconvenient.
The place was nicely decorated and had everything needed. It did appear to need a little TLC in certain areas just from wear and tear but
While we were there the fire alarms started going off in our unit late at night. The only way to stop it was to disconnect the batteries from them. When we removed covers there was moisture in each of them. We contacted the host who said someone would be out the next day to repair them but no one showed up. We left the following day and they were still disconnected so could have been concerning had a real fire occurred.

The place was very nice and it was clean
The place was very nice and it was clean. However, the condo has 4 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. This means whoever is in the 4th bedroom has to enter one of the other 3 bedrooms to use the bathroom. This was a real problem for our group. Also, the bedroom doors don't lock and neither do the bathroom doors. So anyone can just walk right into your bedroom or bathroom.
We had a wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and all the places we wanted to visit were within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants nearby with lots of food options to choose from. The Pineapple Fountain was just a block away and was a great spot to watch the sunrise and sunset. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

We came here with friends to hopefully see the Blue Angels perform over the weekend. Unfortunately, it rained and the show was cancelled. The kids were bummed, but since the location is SO perfect, we were able to walk to eat and do things instead. This home is so cool and unique on the inside. Plenty of kitchen/fridge/coffee areas. Bedrooms are spread out so everyone’s not on top of each other. And they’re big!! Very friends and family friendly in the living room area. Plenty of comfy places to sit and play games, talk, have a drink, etc. Host was super responsive and instructions were easy to follow as to where to park, how to get in, etc. We will definitely be back!

My wife and daughters and daugher in laws (party of 7) enjoyed the space for a long weekend birthday for my wife. They loved the convenience to restaurants and shopping. The space was perfect for the theme of the getaway; drink wine and play Mahjong. The building was secure and safe. We know the city well from past visits. We have even hosted one of our daughters destination weddings in Charleston. This is a primo place that exceeds the cost for all it provides.

The location was great to walk around the downtown market area and was very very convenient.
