The house easily accommodated our big group and was clean. A bit out of the way but worth what we paid. Thank you to our host.
It also includsd parking that we were not aware of until we got there. Spots were tight but better than having to look for parking in the street.

We had a great time here for my bachelorette trip this weekend. We all enjoyed the house and had plenty room for all 10 people! House is older so you can hear noises and people talking outside really easily. The host is amazing and very quick to response to any thing. We messaged to stage that the fire alarm battery was dying and they had someone there to replace them within half a hour.

Our group of 12 stayed more than comfortably for a weekend trip and everything was more than great! Matt was super responsive, the house was very clean, and it was a perfect location to take a quick and inexpensive uber ride or walk to king street. Would definitely recommend!

Host was very responsive and accommodating to our requests! Place was spacious, we had 10 people and we all fit comfortably. The only negatives were there were some stains on shower curtains and garbage left when we arrived, the toilet paper was very limited they only left 1 extra roll in each bathroom, but they brought us extra when requested. The washer didn’t work which was a bit frustrating, and the blinds don’t really keep the sun out in the bedrooms so once the sun was up you were up. It’s also extremely noisy, which I knew going into it but if you are a light sleeper it might be very annoying for you. Overall, great place to stay! It is still a little bit of a trek to king street but doable, we had a great time and I would recommend this Airbnb!
