If you're looking for a room with a view
If you're looking for a room with a view.....this ain't your place. If your looking for everything else, ie; comfort, cleanliness, ease of check in, good location in Charleston, open air front balcony, fairly quiet area and good inside living amenities, then this IS your place. Be aware though that there are stairs so if you don't do stairs, ask for the first floor unit. Charleston is a wonderful town to visit and this is about as close as you'll get to downtown in a rental condo type unit for a decent price. And, since parking is always at a premium downtown, this place has two spaces available. Just park and forget it. Everything is only a bike ride/walk/uber away. Grab it now! You won't regret it.

Exactly what you need for a Charleston weekend place to stay. Exceptionally great shape, squeaky clean, great porch for morning coffee, 2 car parking is a plus.
Everything you need in walking distance, bagels across the street, mini grocery around the corner, rental bikes right out front, best sandwich in town right down the street

The apartment was spacious, with a porch to sit out on, in a fun neighbourhood. The stay itself was good, but the aftermath left a bad taste. The first day we got woken up by repair work on the property, two hours ahead of schedule, and generally communication was a little off during the stay, but it wasn't a big deal... until we accidentally left a wallet behind on check out. Totally our mistake, and we were very apologetic and grateful to them for finding it. Literally dozens of messages and phone calls later, we were a bit less grateful - the whole process became increasingly stressful, and it ended up taking weeks to recover our property. To be fair, they did ultimately apologise, but it means I can't give the hosts five stars.

This is the place to stay if you want casual elegance, yet comfortable, morning porch coffee, walkable restaurants, shops and history, onsite parking and a very responsive and proactive host.
this place is a gem
this place is a gem. perfect location. we were 3 sales reps. on a work trip so the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was an ideal situation. We walked to the bagel shop for breakfast and to and from dinner both nights. If we had better weather, that porch would have been a dreamy spot for coffee. Thanks for a great stay, will be back for sure.
Beautiful place in great location
Beautiful place in great location. Easy to walk to Charleston market within 20 min. Loved the balcony/Charleston piazza. Adequate parking available behind building. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The 3 bathrooms with 3 bedrooms was a bonus.
Would definitely stay again when in the area.

The Inn was a great stay
The Inn was a great stay. it was clean, matched the description, and walkable to most restaurants and shops but far enough away to avoid noise. The parking spot was clutch to have. the host was responsive, gave clear instructions, and helpful suggestions. The beds were comfortable and each had its own bathroom. Would stay there again of in the area.
