Spring Street in Charleston offers a uniquely walkable, neighborhood-meets-urban experience that blends the charm of residential lanes with the vibrancy of an evolving dining and bar corridor. Located in the Cannonborough/Elliotborough area, Spring Street sits just a few blocks east of King Street’s shopping and nightlife spine, meaning that in a short 3–5 minute stroll you can reach dozens of boutiques, cafes, and bars. Within a 10-minute radius you can reach Waterfront Park, stroll the Battery and the harbor promenade, or hop onto the Fort Sumter ferry. Don't sleep on local favorites such as Xiao Bao Biscuit, Southbound, Chubby Fish, and more.

The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 9-bedroom main home. Your stay includes four dedicated off-site parking spaces. We offer a simple and secure self-check-in process with keyless entry; detailed instructions will be sent 7 days prior to your arrival.
