Fantastic location (walk to all shopping and restaurants, 2 blocks from the grocery store to stock the fridge), soaring ceilings, well appointed, giant porch for relaxing, and 2 parking spaces for our use (not common in downtown Charleston.) I will definitely stay here again!

Walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Off street parking is also a real plus. Thank you! Highly recommend on your next visit to Charleston!
Great stay overall
Great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and well located. The heater stopped working during our stay, but they responded quickly and brought space heaters right away. Easy check-in and good communication.
I would have given 5 stars for everything but for a couple of issues
I would have given 5 stars for everything but for a couple of issues. These include difficulty with the combination lock at the entry, and HVAC issues (remedied for the most part by YOURPAD's proactive response by informing me that it would be best if they brought over some space heaters, which were delivered and installed minutes later).
Aside from those building issues, there were a lot of great things. YOURPAD's responsiveness was one of those. Location was another as we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The house itself is showing its age, but it was comfortably spacious enough for us. And the fact that it was a genuine Charleston Single House was very cool.
