The location was great as it was walkable to everything on King Street
The location was great as it was walkable to everything on King Street. I will say that if you have a large vehicle, the entrance and parking area is very tight. We did ok with a Ford Bronco, but a large truck, like an F250, probably would not be able to maneuver down the narrow driveway and have room to turn and back up if there were other cars present in the lot. This is by no means a complaint, just an FYI to future guests. The spot was perfect for our needs on a short 2 night stay. Highly recommend!

Great location and great for group who want to stab together with a little privacy! Really can’t beat the location! Clean and comfortable. Host respond in a timely manner. If you have a car, the option for parking is great.

Perfect location
Perfect location! easy to walk to everything we wanted to do. The driveway is vary narrow & limited metered parking on the street. So if you're driving anything bigger than a Miata 🤣 I highly recommend the parking garage one block over 😎

I had such an amazing stay. I booked a long weekend girls trip for my birthday and this location was perfect. You are right off King Street so you are steps away from shopping, food and bars. Yet you are tucked back so you don't feel like you are in the center of all of the commotion, either. It is a tiny but beautiful historic stay that made us feel right at home. It is perfect if you don't plan on spending too much time inside or plan to do any cooking as there is no kitchen. But truly , you don't need one! We made our coffees in the morning then headed out for the day. I would book here again and highly recommend!

Home was as advertised, comfortable bedding, 2 private bedrooms 1 full bath. Location top notch. Parking on location, very convenient. I’d stay again. Stairway leading up to second floor Apt could be challenging for some, there is a handrail , but steps do list to one side. The Bedrooms are 4 star hotel quality, toiletries and liens equally nice.
